To post your Resume at JitoJobs.org, click on the ‘Register Now’ link given on Home Page or fill the Quick Registration under candidate sections and Click on Register Button which will take you to the next step of filling up the account and professional details. Once that is done you have your profile registered with us. This is your default profile which is sent across to the recruiters when you apply for a particular job vacancy. Though filling up some of the details is not mandatory, but is recommended. It enables you to present to recruiters a resume that is comprehensive and one that gets you headhunted.

To edit the same, click on the “Edit” link given in the Candidate Profile section on the same page. This lets you make necessary changes in your profile by editing the relevant tab/sections. To create a cover letter, click on the link ‘Create’ Link given towards the right of the page in Cover Letter Section. Once you have created a cover letter that suits your profile, click on ‘Save Cover Letter’ to make it a part of your particular profile. A cover letter sent with a job application enables you to exhibit to a recruiter, information beyond what your CV provides.

If you do not want the recruiters to see your resume, uncheck the Box “Actively Looking for Job” under Professional Info Tab of Candidate Profile. On uncheck of “Actively Looking for Job”, will ensure that the recruiters no longer have any access to your Resume. Even, if you have unchecked the ‘Actively Looking for Job’ option, you can still search and apply for job vacancies using your account details.

“Jobs in Major Cities” enable you to refine your search by selecting that particular city you are looking at for finding a job. Once you have selected a job location/city, the search result will reflect only those jobs that are based out of the particular location/city that you have selected.

“Jobs by Industry” enables you to refine your search by selecting a particular industry that suits your job requirement. Clicking on the link further list down the details of the Job Opening in a particular industry you are looking.

Quick Search gives you an option to look for relevant jobs based on your specific requirements. To search for a job, type keywords in Keywords Field (optional for e.g. Web Designer) and add city where you want to search a particular Job. City is mandatory and by default city will be Mumbai.

Advance Search gives you an option to look for relevant jobs based on your specific requirements. To search for a job, you can use the given search window. You may use the following criteria to look for relevant jobs.
Keywords
For a keyword search you may enter Designation, Key Skills, or company name of desired job.
City
You may enter Indian cities, depending upon your preference. The search result will display only those jobs which are based out of the locations that you have specified.
Job Title
This will help you find jobs matching your desired job title (For e.g. Senior Developer).
Job Function
This will help you find jobs matching your desired job function. This may not be required if you have already entered designation as a keyword. (For e.g. Banking, Insurance)
Job Type
This will help you find jobs matching your desired job type (For e.g. Full Time, Part Time).
Years of Experience
You may enter the number of years you have worked for. The search result will display all those jobs with the required work experience range matching the one you have specified (For e.g. 1 - 2 Years).
Skills
This will help you find jobs matching to your specific skills set (For e.g. Java, JSP).
Educations
This will help you find jobs matching to your specific education criteria set by company. (For e.g. Master of Arts (M.A.)).
CTC Range
This field gives you an option to specify the minimum and the maximum limit for the salary that you expect. This will arrange / order the search results to better suit your requirements. The jobs matching the salary range that you have entered will be shown first (For e.g. Between 50,000 and 1 Lac).
Career Level
This will help you find jobs matching to your specific career level (For e.g. Fresh out of School (Fresher /Entry level)).
